What should we expect on a scavenger hunt tour in Asheville?
Your Asheville scavenger hunt tour begins with a quick meet-up and welcome toast in downtown Asheville, where your tour coordinator will explain how everything works. From there, your group follows clues through the city, solving riddles and completing fun challenges along the way.
Each stop leads to the next, creating a personalized adventure filled with local spots, hidden gems, and interactive experiences—perfect for exploring Asheville as a group.
What is included with the price of the scavenger hunt?
Everything you need for a memorable afternoon; including tasty local treats, craft alcohol pairings, interactive group activities, mementos to take home and several other surprises along the way! All food, drink, group treats, gratuity, etc. is included.
What kind of stops can we expect?
Each tour has 5-6 varying stops. Your group can expect to experience anything such as inside tours of local establishments, wine or beer tastings, interactive photo booth shoots, group crafting projects, local chocolate tastings and more!
How long does the scavenger hunt last?
Each hunt lasts roughly 3-3.5 hours.
And what time does it start?
whenever you would like! You'll be able to pick a time when booking. We typically operate between 11am-4pm. If you're interested in a time outside of that frame, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if it rains?
Our tours run rain or shine! While your group will be walking from stop to stop, the majority of the event will be indoors and each location. We suggest keeping an eye on the weather and bringing appropriate attire for your short walks if it does look like rain is a possibility.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We can easily accommodate most dietary restrictions/food allergies and are happy to provide substitutions. Please make a note of these when making your booking. We do need to be made aware of all restrictions a minimum of 3 days before the tour in order to accommodate.
What if someone is Under 21?
No problem! All guests must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages on the tour, but we are happy to provide substitutions for those under age or who prefer no alcohol. Please make a note of how many substitutions you’d like when making your booking. We do need to be made aware a minimum of 3 days before the tour in order to accommodate substitutions.
What if we can’t find our next stop?

Do we need to book in advance?
Scavenger hunts must be purchased a minimum of 3 days in advance in order to secure your group’s spot at each location along the excursion.
What is your refund policy?
For groups under 20: While we can’t refund an entire party, you may add or subtract up to 3 participants within 72 hours of your excursion.
For groups of 20-50: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date, and then final payment and headcount will be due two weeks before your tour.
For groups of 50 and up: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date, and then final payment and headcount will be due three weeks before your tour.
